A little bit about me:
I am an Angeleno at heart and moved from Los Angeles 7 years ago. Although I'm still not used to the weather, I appreciate all of the nature in New Jersey. I became a therapist-which I love, after a career in corporate apartment management. I have worked in a variety of settings both outpatient and inpatient prior to working in private practice.
I began my therapeutic work on Skid Row in Los Angeles and then moved to the VA Hospital working with veterans. From there, I went to community mental health, providing outpatient and in home individual therapy for at risk youth and adults with high crisis and trauma. I worked in various psychiatric hospitals in Los Angeles and NJ, including Summit Oaks Hospital in the dual diagnosis, detox, and rehab units. I've been in private practice for several years.
Are you looking for a therapist who hears what you’re saying, sees, and feels your issues? Many of us are looking for a therapist who is the right fit, understands the issues we’re bringing up, and can help us work through our challenges to feel better about ourselves. Mental health issues can be difficult to manage alone and having a supportive therapist can make all the difference.
Choose to call a genuine and sincere therapist, with a lightness yet depth, to actively engage with in each therapy session. My therapeutic approach focuses on your strengths to help you achieve emotional and behavioral insight into the healthy stability and recovery you have always wanted and deserve.
Work with a therapist experienced in helping you work through traumatic life experiences, divorce, depression and anxiety, life stress and transitions, relationship issues, aging, and grief and loss. Our therapy room is your safe space to feel judgment-free and gain insight into who you are, while supporting you on your journey towards recovery.
